For those who don’t know, the character that I play is Addoluciano on the Drenden Alliance server. Most people who try and pronounce my name fail miserably so I will help you out. It’s Add – O – loou - chee - onn – O. It is not Italian as many think, but actually Latin for ‘bringer of light’. I don’t know much Latin, as I slept through most of it in school, but I do have access to Google and many English to Latin translators.
So what is your name and how did you come up with it? Did you hit the randomize button 100 times? Did you choose a name from a book, movie, or song that you enjoyed? Is it a play on your actual name?

Radulf – Irish for “little wolf” and I thought it sounded cool.
Benefit: people tend to just call me Rad – which I am.

Panacea is Latin for “Cure.” I thought it was fitting for a priest that I levelled as Holy. I’ve never been shadow.
I made the “ç” because I thought it looked cool.
I usually end up being called Panchetta(Italian Bread), Pancreas(Human Organ), or Pan.
It is actually pronounced Pan-uh-see-uh.

Cleve: Cliff. I had seen “Lady in the Water” the night before
Eurynine, Ingébïarge, Outramour, Astrapecrith, and Haquetaine: From the “Monster-Blood Tattoo” series (It’s better than it sounds); Of them, only Ingébïarge is a real name, referring to a legendary immortal monstrous woman with skin gone gray and eyes gone yellow and red from years of trying to brew a potion for eternal life and youth to preserve her human lover. Ergo my Ingébïarge is a gray-skinned female Forsaken warrior with the Herb/Alch professions ^.^
Outramour is a druid. In the MBT series, outramour refered to the unnatural love for the monsters and beasties that humans have warred against for years.
Astrapecrith=”Lightning grasper” She’s a Draenei Shamman.
I always intended to make a shadow priest called “Neuroticrith” which means something along the lines “Head blaster”. At least, in one of the languages from that series…
-> I’ve noticed 2 other players with names from this same series.
Kokopeli: From the novel “Kokopeli’s Flute”, which I remember reading when I was thirteen, the title of which always stuck to my head.
Pantherao: Bastardizing vaguely Latin sounding words strung up to mean “Hunts all”.
